Obesity Linked To Bad Sex In Men And Women
Obesity causes poor metabolic health and bad sex in both genders. In men, abdominal obesity is linked to erectile dysfunction, poor libido, lack of energy, high blood pressure, abnormal blood fats and poor blood sugar regulation. Obese women are more likely to suffer from female sexual dysfunction (FSD) that causes problems with sexual desire, sexual arousal, lubrication, orgasm, sexual satisfaction and pain during sex. Unhealthy lifestyle due to lack of exercise, poor diet, obesity, stress and smoking is at the heart of the problem. Exercise is the key to becoming a lion in the bedroom. In the short run, it makes you pump out hormones that increase sex drive and promotes erections. In the long term, regular exercise reduces body fat and improves metabolic health, which enhances blood flow to the penis during sex, increases energy levels, improves physical attractiveness and promotes self-esteem.
