2 turkey thighs
2 green onions, chopped 6 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped 1/2 cup mirin 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium) 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons cilantro |
| Instructions |
For the marinade, combine all ingredients (except turkey) in large bowl and mix well. Skin, bone and butterfly turkey thigh. Immerse meat in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Grill or barbecue turkey. Reserve remaining marinade for another use. It will keep one week in the refrigerator. Serve sliced turkey with Chinese mustard and plum sauce. |
