76 grams carbohydrate  1/2 other carbohydrate serving
26 grams protein             1/2 nonfat milk serving
4 grams fat                          1 medium-fat meat serving
5 grams dietary fiber         2 very lean meat servings  Adapted from Power Eating, 2nd edition, Human Kinetics, 2001.

Ingredients:
1/3 block soft tofu (5ounces)
1 Tbs. (equivalent of 15 grams) soy protein isolate supplement
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup vanilla nonfat soy milk fortified with vitamins A and D and
calcium
1/2 cup calcium-fortified orange juice
1-1/2 Tbs. honey
Instructions
Cream tofu in blender until smooth. Add the next five ingredients and blend until smooth.
