| Ingredients: |
1 envelope Knox® Unflavored Gelatine
1-1/4 cups orange juice, divided 1 cup sliced mango 1 medium banana, cut into chunks 6 ice cubes 3 pineapple slices |

| Instructions |
Sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup of the orange juice in small saucepan; let stand 1 min. Cook on low heat 1 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
Place remaining 1 cup orange juice, the gelatine mixture, mango, banana and ice cubes in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish each glass with a pineapple slice. Serve immediately. Makes 3 servings |
