Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 2 to 3 quart casserole with butter-flavored olive oil cooking spray. Place the first five ingredients in a large bowl. Place the rest of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Pour over the noodle mixture. Stir to combine. Pour into the prepared casserole. Bake one hour. Makes 10 servings.
