Time is of the essence, right? And we all seem to come up with excuses to skip the gym from time to time. But that doesn’t mean you have to be sedentary that day. Give up even a few precious minutes and you can get the job done – more than you think. Here’s a ‘quickie’ but one that will burn some fat and also work those abs.

Sprints:

10 seconds sprinting
10 seconds rest
20 minutes total

500 REP Abs:

Toes 2 Bars-100 reps total
Weighted Crunches-100 reps total
Ab Wheel -100 reps total
Knee-Ups-100 reps total
Weighted Crunches (with feet up) -100 reps total
