Now that the IFBB Men’s Physique Division schedule is in full swing, getting peeled and hitting the stage with skin as thin as tissue paper takes on extra meaning. Even if you’re not up there in board shorts, the warmer weather is beginning to make itself known and there’s no time like the present to start showing some striations in your pecs.

Here are three different routines that you can do to melt away that excess fat and work your chest into fifth gear:

Fat Burner #100

2 minutes jump rope
100 crunches
2 sets

2 minutes jump rope
100 body squats (scale down to 50 if needed)
2 sets

2 minutes jump rope
100 pushups (scale down to 50 if needed)
2 sets

2 minutes jump rope
100 jumping jacks
2 sets

2 minutes jump rope
100 bench dips
2 sets

Fat Burner Workout #102

Treadmill Intervals: 1 minute run between 7-11 mph

1 minute walk between 3-4 mph
Alternate back and forth for 20-30 minutes

Then: Tri-set
Pull-ups-10-15 reps
Pulldowns-20 reps
3 way 1 Arm rows-8 reps each
5 sets

Tri-set
Ab wheels-15-20 reps
Toes 2 Bars-15 reps
Back extensions-30 reps
5 sets

Step Mill-15 minutes

Fat Burner #98

Jump Rope – 5-8 minutes

Time Frame Training 4 minutes
Pushups-max reps in 4 minutes

Run 1 mile for your best time
then:

1 set of the Chest Torture circuit:
You must get 50 reps before moving to the next exercise
Dumbbell bench Press – 50 reps
Incline dumbbell bench Press – 50 reps
Flat Chest Fly – 50 reps (raise to eye level)
Chest Fly machine – 50 reps
Cable crossovers- 50 reps
Incline bench press barbell -50 reps
