Leg Workout with Physique Pro Joe Herr

Joe Herr, earned his IFBB physique pro status at the 2011 NPC Nationals amongst a lineup of seventy other competitors. No small accomplishment after coming in dead last in his first physique show. Herr, a personal trainer in Tampa, Florida although under the weather shared a leg workout with fans including demonstration of squats, leg press and leg extension in this first part of a series.
