Dr. Jeffrey Life, 74, Turns Back the Clock

Live Forever - Dr. Jeffrey Life, 74, Turns Back the ClockDr. Life wasted no time in separating what he does in comparison to athletes using testosterone and human growth hormone.

“Guys who are not deficient in their hormones, taking massive doses strictly to enhance their own performance…it’s totally different. I do it to enhance health.”

And with the pharmaceutical companies joining in with testosterone gels, creams and patches, this has made TRT more mainstream and widely accepted.

Since Life was featured on the Cenegenics television commercial, he has heard numerous accusations that his body was photo shopped. “It’s not,” he answers the critics. “Come and see.”

Staying healthy and looking good is an entire lifestyle for him and he has never had any plastic surgery, either. “I have a six-pack that I had to work hard for,” he says. “It’s not a gift and I struggle every day with wanting to drink and eat the wrong things, but I’m able to overcome it.”

Posing an interesting question, Life asked and answered it with the following: “The number one cause of nursing home admissions is the loss of muscle mass and strength – frailty. And it’s completely preventable.

“You don’t have to give in to losing (it) in age,” he continues. “To say that it’s a normal part of aging is sheer nonsense. Every one of my patients in their 60s and 70s has put on mass and gained strength. You don’t have to follow the same path that your parents took. Don’t be a victim to your own DNA.”

So ask yourselves a simple question: do you look as good as this 74-year-old man? Your hormone levels may have something to do with the answer.
