Directions
1- Pre heat oven to 200C (400F)
2- Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard.
3- Cut chicken into strips
4- Coat the strips with honey mustard mix and place on oven safe dish.
5- Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and bake for about 15-18 minutes
6- In a bowl combine 480ml (2 cups) of chopped broccoli with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 pressed garlic clove
7- Sauté in a skillet for a couple of minutes on medium heat.
Note: The cooking time will vary based on thickness of chicken. Make sure your chicken is cooked all the way through before consuming. I like my broccoli crunchy so I only sauté them for about 2 minutes.
