Kill It Like Kyle: Ab Circuit

Former US Army Captain Kyle Clarke is back in this 12-part training series. In this video, Kyle takes you through one of his favorite ab circuits. It’s three exercise, each targeting a different part of the abs – upper, lower and obliques. Perform all three exercises back-to-back before taking a 30-60 second rest and then getting back on it. Complete the circuit 3-5 times.
